Magic Elixir- Natural Cold & Flu Buster
I’m going to let you guys in on my Magic Elixir. I make this for donisdope at the first sign of a cold/flu, or when his allergies start acting up.
Ingredients:
1 cup of hot green tea
1 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar
1 small lemon sliced
1 small thumb of fresh ginger peeled
Pinch of fresh mint leaves
* Add tbsp of honey if you want a little sweetness
* I also like to add 2 tsps of turmeric to mine too.
Then you let everything steep for 5-10 minutes, and drink it while it’s hot...you’ll thank me later!
