At Food Literacy Center, we teach low-income elementary school children in Sacramento how to cook, eat healthily, and understand where their food comes from. Our mission is simple: inspire kids to eat their vegetables. But it’s about more than just veggies; it’s about empowering children with the knowledge and skills to make healthier choices for a lifetime.
